ABOUT ASSOCIATE LIBRARIANS/INSTRUCTION COORDINATOR LIBRARIAN
Mt. San Jacinto Community College District accepts Associate (part-time) Librarian applications on an on-going basis for all disciplines.
Associate Librarian/Instruction Coordinator Librarian applications are accepted on a continuous basis for all disciplines taught within the District. Applications which meet the required minimum qualifications are kept on file in an electronic format for 6-months from the date the District verifies the applicant's qualifications.
Various deans and/or department chairs will have access to these applications and as needs arise throughout the District they will contact those applicants they are interested in interviewing for positions they anticipate will become available.- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and edit recorded workshops and tutorials
Collaborate with teaching faculty to develop custom instruction sessions
Collect library instruction data for assessment purposes
Provide reference and research services and assist students in the use of library resources
